Please Note: Cake Bakes operates under Louisiana’s Cottage Food Law. Because of the requirements that apply to cottage food operations, we are not permitted to sell or serve foods that require temperature control (TCS foods) or foods that must be maintained at a specific hot or cold temperature for safety.
This means that certain items cannot be sold or served warm/hot or held at temperature, even if they are prepared in our kitchen or offered from our mobile bakery.
We appreciate your understanding as we work to operate our business safely and in compliance with Louisiana requirements.
